The UGC-sponsored Career Oriented Programmes (COP) at Tolani College of Arts and Science aim to enhance students’ employability by equipping them with practical skills alongside their regular undergraduate studies. These programs were conducted in the evening in a modular format, allowing students to pursue Certificate Courses, Diplomas, and Advanced Diplomas in various career-oriented subjects.

Designed as twinning programs, these courses could be taken simultaneously with regular UG programs, enabling students to gain additional qualifications without disrupting their primary education. The COP initiative provided students with specialized knowledge and skill development, preparing them for diverse professional opportunities in fields such as business, technology, and social sciences.

By integrating career-oriented education with traditional academics, Tolani College ensured that students received holistic learning experiences, bridging the gap between theoretical studies and industry requirements.
